Bonnefooi
This little bar is located in the city centre, in a side street not far from Beurs.
As a smooker you can enjoy your cigarette in the seperated smooking on the ground floor and as a non smooker you can enjoy the fresh air at bar or on the first floor.
They have live music all most every day and often special deals.
For example as a student you can get every day till 9pm a Jupiler for only 1€.

A small cosy bar where you can just relax or go there with your friends and play one of the board games, like 'Scrabble'. The fancy interior decorational details with the two comfy leather sofas and the great looking firehouse give you a feeling of warmth, especially on a rainy Belgian day.

Are you in the St. Gilles neighbourhood?
Early morning, afternoon, or late evenings the Bar du Matin is an enjoyable place to be. With a relaxed atmosphere the bar provides breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a good selection of cocktails while setting up a multitude of free events through out the year. Live bands and dj sets, from near and afar, are a weekly appearance here. Lastly, the laid back crowd and friendly bar staff make it an enjoyable experience.

This fair priced cafe is an island for students in comparison with many more expensive locations in the Chatelain neigbourhodod. So it is always packed and sometimes you can watch footbal matches (with a often not-so-much-interested crowd) there.

Maybe the most touristic bar in Brussels, but still at least once you should have been there,
at least if you like beer. They have more than 2000 different beers! If you dont like beer you can visit Jeanneke, the girl version of Manneken Pis,
who is located very close to the Delirium Cafe.

Delecta
Something between a bar and a restaurant is Delecta.
When I was there the first time we had Quiche and wine for dinner and than somehow the place developed to a kind of dance bar with a dj- set.
